Is there shipping cost?
We provide FREE shipping to US and all of Europe.
How often do new products get added?
New products are added every Wednesday. Subscribe to our mailing list to get reminders as new products are typically 10-20% less than the original price.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email after placing an order?
Our confirmation emails are sent out automatically. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 12 hours of the time of your purchase.
Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
I only received one item even though I ordered multiple. Why?
To make sure that you will not be charged with additional Custom fees, products may be send in different packages. It's also possible that your products come from different suppliers. Please be patient, your items are coming.
How long is shipping?
Please allow 3-6 weeks for your items to arrive as we source our products domestically (US) & internationally (Europe & Asian). See break down for time line below:
- Processing time: 3-4 business days
- Shipping: Varies between 3-6 weeks depending on supplier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Shoppay, Diners Club, Google Pay, and JCB.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer support team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
